Barrel Aged BEER series
We're kicking it old school and bringing brewing back to its historic roots for this series! For thousands of years beers were traditionally brewed, fermented, transported, and aged in wood due to its durability and portability.
Nowadays, we're using barrels to impart deeper flavors both from the different woods and the boozy remnants that came before. Each individual cask, which we source locally as much as possible, has its own distinct character that brings out fuller, more robust flavors of the base beer that we put in.
We'll periodically release special small batches of barrel aged beers exclusively available at the brewery that will stay on tap until they're gone.

#106 - Rye Barrel aged ipa

We aged our Lake Life IPA in rye whiskey barrels from Finger Lakes Distilling for just 3 months this time around - the shorter aging process drew out even more fruitiness from the Citra hops.
