The Lodge Dog Policy

The Lodge at Grist Iron is a dog-friendly lodging facility that knows that your dog is an extension of your family: if you’re cool with your dog, then we’re cool with your dog!

With advanced notice at time of booking, we happily welcome clean (no fleas, please!), non-aggressive dogs with all current vaccinations to stay in one of our five designated dog-friendly rooms - the remaining four are kept pet-free for our guests with allergies. All guests staying with their best buds will be given a doggy welcome pack upon arrival with food/water dish, poop bags, treats, and a listing of local dog-friendly locales.

Here’s the Deal:

> A $75.00 flat fee* per stay will be added to your reservation

> A valid credit card must be kept on file at the front desk for incidentals

> Maximum of two dogs per room (no weight/age/breed restrictions)

> No pet sitting available - please do not leave your dog unattended in the room

> Dog(s) must be kept on leash at all times when outside of your room

> Dog(s) cannot be brought into the breakfast/common area

> Housekeeping will only enter your room if your pet is not present

> Please pick up/dispose of the poop in the designated waste stations - ‘nuff said there :)
